Mrs Mary Twomey
The funeral of Mrs. Mary (Riordan)
wife of John J Twomey of 18 Park-
er street, Rockport, was held at the
home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles
R. Amero, 126 Maplewood avenue,
this morning at 8.15 o'clock. Requiem
high mass was celebrated at St. Joa-
chim's church, Rockport, at 9 o'clock.
Rev. Francis A. McNeil, pastor, of-
ficiated. Mrs. Joseph Sears and Mrs.
Joseph Rogers were soloists, and Miss
Alice M. Quinn was organist. The Fun-
eral was largely attended. Members of
the Catholic Women's Society of St.
Joachim's attended in a body, and
held services last evening at 126 Ma-
plewood avenue. Interment took
place at St. Mary's cemetery, New-
buryport. Prayers were read at the
grave by Rev. Thomas J. Tobin, as-
sistant pastor of St. Mary's church,
Newburyport. The pallbearer's were
John and Cornelius Toomey, Eben
E. Brown and Peter Riordan. [2, 8]
