This has to be Henry as the the date of death is the same, the cause is the same, the coroner is the same, the age is out only one year. I did a check on the farmer and could only find one Say in the 1881 census for Lacock, which was spelt Laycock, and that is Henry Say and Fanny and their 3 children of Stroud Farm Laycock Wiltshire.
Trevor Mizen has since visited the farm and taken some very good photos of it. 2004
Mom (Eily Mulcahy) has mentioned that after Henry died Norah was offered a job at a large house, probably as a maid, but only on the proviso that the family became Protestant. Norah refused and they then had to make arrangements to get back home as they could not substain themselves without a wage earner. I don't think the Poor Law Provisions would have applied to the immigrant family of residents too.
From the North Cathedral baptism records it shows that William Henry was baptised in the North Cathedral on the 1st of May 1882. This then gives us a span of just under three weeks between Henry's death and burial until positive proof of the family being back in Cork. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 13, 14, 19, 20]
