Sad is the heart that loved you,
Silent are the tears that fall,
But living life without you Mam,
Is the hardest part of all,
Loved ones never leave us.
For always they will be,
Forever near, forever dear.
In heart and in memory.

When I am sad Mam and friends are very few,
How I wish Mam, I could talk to you,
There is a path of precious memories,
From here to Heaven above,
It keeps me very close to you Mam,
It's called the Path of Love,
So rest in peace Mam,
And thanks for all you've done,
I pray that God has given you,
The crown you've truly won,
Will those who think of my mother today,
A little prayer to Jesus
say.

I knew you could not

You left behind two aching daughters,
That loved you most sincere,
So sleep in peace my dearest mother,
Safe in Jesus' care,
And keep a place within your heart,
Until we meet you there.
