O'Connell (Blackpool, Cork): On January 13, 2011 peacefully, in the tender care of the staff at St Mary's Ward, Mercy University Hospital. MONA (nee O'Regan), late of Shandon Street and Maddens Buildings, dearly loved wife of the Late Edward (Rocker) and loving mother of Rena, Michael, Jack, Deirdre, Carmel, Yvonne, Eddie and the late Pauline. Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grand-children, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, especially Marie and Veronica. Lying in Repose at the Coburg Street Funeral Home of Her O'Connor Ltd. Rosary followed by removal at 7.30pm on this (Friday) evening to St Mary's Cathedral. Requiem Mass at 10am tomorrow (Saturday). Funeral afterwards to St Catherines Cemetery, Kilcully. Family flowers only please. House private. May she rest in peace
