RECENT DEATHS
Mrs. Bridget McCarthy High St, Westport
With deep regret we record the death of Mrs. Bridget ('Beezie') McCarthy (nee Noone) of High St., Westport, which took place on Friday last, September 18.
A member of one of Westport's oldest and most respected families, the deceased enjoyed widespread popularity.
Her remains were removed from Navin's Funeral Home to St. Mary's Church, Westport on Saturday evening and her funeral took place to Aughavale Cemetery on Sunday. The attendance on both occasions was large and representative.
She is survived by her husband, James (Jimmy); son, Laurence (Larry); daughter, Philomena; sisters Katie Noone, High Street, Westport and Annie O'Malley, Liscarney; son-in-law, Jack; brother-in-law, Michael grandchildren and other relatives.

BRIDGET MCCARTHY
The death has taken place at her residence, High Street, Westport, of Mrs. Bridget McCarthy, a member of one of Westport's oldest families.
She is mourned by her husband, Jimmy; son, Larry; daughter, Philomena, and sisters, Katie Noone, and Mrs. Annie O'Malley.
Her remains were removed to St Mary's Church, Westport, and burial took place in Aughavale cemetery after Requiem Mass.
