Nora died of cancer in a lot of pain and was climbing the walls in pain asking for God to take her.
While Nora was dying. she knew she was dying and it took her weeks to die, she asked Mary her sister, if she would be buried with her when she, Mary died. At first Mary didn't want to as she wanted to be buried in St Josephs Ballyphehane Cork City, as Whitechurch Co Cork was too far away, she eventually relented and when she died was buried with her sister in Whitechurch.
Nora was buried in Whitechurch and Matthew Mulcahy (Mom's dad), and the three Jones brothers, Waker, Josie & Lareth, had to dig up Nora's grave so her sister Mary could be buried with her in the same grave. When they dug down to the coffin the shovel pierced Nora's coffin so they had a look inside and saw that Nora was incorrupt, Her hair was the same as the day she died and her body was intact and then with the exposure to the air the body disintegrated in front of them. Of course they were all shocked by this and they got on the booze and were drunk for a week because of it.
