VIRGO (Cork) - On August 7, 1980 (unexpectedly) at the North Infirmary, Robert Virgo (former Chairman of the Cork Operative Butchers Society), beloved husband of Jane Virgo (nee Heffernan) 41 Bakers Road, Gurranabraher and dear father of George, Betty, Morgan, Noel, Bridie, Richard, Eileen and Tony. Very deeply regretted by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, brother, sisters, relatives and friends. Requiescat in pace. Reposing at O'Connor Bros. Funeral Home. North Gate Bridge. Removal on this (Friday) evening at 7.30 o'clock to the Church of the Ascension, Gurranabraher. Requiem Mass on tomorrow (Saturday) at 10 o'clock. Funeral immediately afterwards to Rathcooney Cemetery. [1]
