Mary was Lizzie Clothier's favourite sister
We knew the day before Mary died that she had died. The day before we received the telegram, a picture fell of the wall and we all went into morning as Lizzie said someone in the family has died in Ireland. They woke me up they were all crying and the next day we had the news from Ireland that she had died. - Lillian Knox March 2006
