  Notes	The lion owner and Darina's Father *Uncle Mark was a tenor, who often performed in London, with the likes of Rosemary Clooney etc. While in London he rescued a lion cub from a fire. He adopted it, took it back to Ireland with him and kept it as a pet until it grew too big and had to be taken to Dublin Zoo. Darina has newspaper clippings about all this. We know that Flames cubs were taken to America, they were so tame, and used in the MGM logo. That roaring lion before the great films is one of the family! Flame is long dead of course.
