I visited Eileen at her house and her daughter was there with her, we spoke of the family and Sean and John the Man's antics in particular.
The death has occurred of Eileen Bowen (nâee Falvey) - Cork City, Cork
BOWEN (Cork) On 11th April 2023, peacefully, in the presence of her loving family, in the tender care of the staff at the Cork University Hospital, EILEEN (nee Falvey), Cathedral Road and late of Fair Hill. Dearly beloved wife of the late Edward (Ned), much loved mother of Eleanor (Donoghue), devoted granny of Ciara and Eimear and loving mother-in-law of Anthony.
Sadly missed by her heartbroken family, granddaughters, nephews, nieces, relatives, great neighbours and a wide circle of friends and the caring staff of Ballynoe CareChoice.
Reposing at Coughlan's Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Thursday (13th April) from 10.00am, family in attendance from 6.00pm with Rosary at 7.00pm. Requiem Mass on Friday (14th April) at 11.00am in the North Cathedral. If you wish to view the Mass, click on http://www.corkcathedral.ie and follow link.
