In the Matter of an application for a Licence under the Marriage Act for the Marriage of
William Clothier of 261 Lismore Cres. Toronto 6 and;
Winifred Teggart of 261 Lismore Cres. Toronto 6.
We the parties aforesaid, hereby understand and acknowledge that the issuance of such marriage licence does not imply the the divorce or annulment granted in England on the 16th day of January, 1959, dissolving or annulling the marriage of the said William Clothier and Vera Helen Clothier would be
recognized as valid by the Courts of the Province of Ontario. Dated this 18th Day of April AD 1969.

(1) We are the parties to the foregoing acknowledgement and duly executed the same: and
(2) The allegations therein contained are true in substance and in fact.
