She then worked on the ships on liners and met Eugene Barber on a ship.

Sadly missed by her loving husband, sisters, brothers, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends and especially her good friend Breda Poland. RIP. Reposing at Fordes Funeral Home, South Gate Bridge. Rosary on this (Monday) evening at 8pm followed by removal to St. Finbarr's (South) Church. Funeral on tomorrow (Tuesday) after 2pm Requiem Mass to St. Oliver's Cemetery. - Cork Examiner
