My mom used to say that Paddy from up the Northside Denis (Ryner) and Humphrey were very sensible and that my dad Thomas and Jimmy were two old fools, in other words they used to go to the pub. There was five of them there and that Humphrey and the other two were very sensible, but then Humphrey got very fond of drink then, it was years later, he was married 15 years before he started going to the pub.
